大宅社区是福建省厦门市翔安区香山街道下辖的社区，由大宅村委会于2006年3月改制为社区居委会[1]。社区辖大宅、后宅、陈坂三个自然村[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

明嘉靖年间（1522年至1566年），陈姓人由金门的大宅迁入，沿用了金门的村名；清代此地写作“大泽”[1]。

清代隶属民安里十都蓬莱保，民国时归仁风乡大宅保，1950年改属第六区大泽乡，1955年划入洪钟区[1]。1959年改称丽山大队，隶新店公社；1964年改为大宅大队；1984年设大宅村委会；1987年改归新店镇；1997年转同安区，2003年转翔安区，2006年3月改为社区[1]。

人口民族[edit]

1998年统计，后宅自然村有47户、216人[1]。

经济[edit]

火龙果是社区的特色产业[2]。农业部于2012年11月把大宅列为第一批全国一村一品示范村镇，产品为宅村火龙果[1]。2020年12月，大宅又被列入「2019年度福建省一村一品示范村」名单，项目仍为大宅村火龙果[1]。2021年10月，大宅入选「2021年福建省金牌旅游村」名单[1]。

文化[edit]

福建省爱卫办于2021年11月把大宅社区定为「2021年福建省卫生社区」[1]。
