洪厝社区位于凤翔街道西部，辖洪厝、杨厝、前浦边三个自然村，境内刺柏山上迁建有明代洪朝选的墓园。[1]
地名由来[edit]
宋代洪植自南安迁来开基，此地为洪氏始居地，故名洪厝。早年此处遍生柏树，称柏埔，又称柏坡，洪姓定居后改称今名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
清代隶翔风里洪琳湖保，1943年归仁风乡洪厝保，1950年改设洪钟乡，隶第五区，1955年改归洪钟区。1959年设新店公社洪厝大队，1964年改隶东坑公社，1969年2月回归新店公社。1984年改为洪厝村委会，归新店乡，1987年划入新店镇，1997年划入同安区，2003年改隶翔安区，2006年3月改为社区居委会。[1]
文物古迹[edit]
明代刑部侍郎洪朝选的墓园，于境内刺柏山迁建。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2024年1月，被命名为「2023年福建省卫生社区」。[1]
