新兴社区是福建省厦门市翔安区新店街道下辖的社区，属主城区。社区因原驻新兴路225号而得名，新兴路两侧商住楼林立。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

新店村在1987年9月26日析出一个居委会，设立的目的是管理镇内的非农业人口，经同安县政府批准成立，下设5个居民小组。社区1997年归同安区，2003年改属翔安区，2005年1月改制为社区。[1]

2021年2月，社区入选福建省「2018—2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单。同年11月，社区被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生社区」。[1]

2024年，社区东方新城小区党支部入选市级第三批「近邻党建先进小区党支部」。[2]
