西坂社区位于马巷街道东南部，城乡分类属镇乡结合区。社区辖西亭、下坂两个自然村，各取一字组成社区名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1987年属马巷镇，1984年为后滨乡西坂村委会，1964年属马巷公社，1961年另立西坂大队，归巷南公社管辖，1959年为马巷公社后滨大队，1956年并入海峰乡，1950年称坂亭乡，1943年属仁风乡市头保，清代属民安里十一都市头保。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2024年1月，社区被命名为「2023年福建省卫生社区」。[1]
