地名由来[edit]
据博雅地名网，明宣德七年（1432年）许良森在此开辟村庄。村子早先名为淳厚，后因故改称霜雨；此后村名又有淳江、双沪海鹰大队等写法，方言读音相近，最终定为双沪[1]。另一说法是，村民曾在祠堂后挖厕所，触断了龙脉，粪尿被喻为霜雨，同样谐音双沪[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
清代此地属同安县翔风里大嶝保，民国末年改称嶝西乡双沪保[1]。1950年划入嶝西乡，隶大嶝区；1958年设双沪大队，归大嶝公社[1]。
明代以来，此地曾先后隶属同安县与金门县。1950年至1970年间由南安县代管，1971年以后归同安县管辖[1]。1984年改为双沪村委会；2003年起隶翔安区大嶝镇；2005年2月，村委会转为社区居委会[1]。
