后垄村是五显镇下辖的行政村，位于镇东部，处在五显与北辰山之间。村名来自地势：村子建在高溪较远的两块台地之间，故称后垄。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1984年改为五显乡后垄村委会，此后沿用。[1]

清代村地属长兴里后垄保；民国时它隶属长兴乡行宫保，1950年划为第四区行宫乡，1959年分出布塘公社的后垄大队。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2022年10月，后垄村经福建省农业农村厅认定，列为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]
