历史沿革[edit]
明嘉靖年间，林天春由安溪县桂窑迁来此地开基（据百度百科）。民国后期，它归美峰乡的西源保管辖，新中国成立后改隶西岭乡。1959年起隶汀溪公社西源大队，1961年另立堤内大队并划入五峰公社，1964年复归汀溪公社。1984年改为汀溪乡堤内村委会，1991年随乡改镇。[1][2]
