历史沿革[edit]
清代时，村地归感化里管辖。1943年，它隶属莲山乡的云埔保；1950年改归第三区云埔乡。1959年属汀溪公社西源大队，1961年析出建新大队；1984年改设荏畲村委会，1991年随乡改镇。[1][2]
名胜与旅游[edit]
村中保留着清代古建筑宝应殿。蝴蝶谷生态景区是村里的旅游核心，此前一度荒废，后以跨村联建的方式引入运营团队，重新开园的时间是2024年5月25日。[2]
集体经济与人口[edit]
村里设有股份经济合作社，2022年底又成立村集体公司，与相关企业合作开展学生入农户的研学项目。2023年，村里人口为903人，常住者近300人（据百度百科）。[2]
