下墩村是福建省厦门市同安区洪塘镇的行政村，位于镇的东南部，南邻高速铁路。[1]

村民以石材开采、石材加工和家庭式纸箔加工为主要经济来源。[2]

村中有下墩、社坛两个自然村，2007年进行旧村改造和新村建设，建成文化园综合楼（村部）等设施。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2024年1月，下墩村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1][2]
