四口圳社区是福建省厦门市同安区美林街道下辖的社区，位于324国道南侧、同集路以西。社区辖有四口圳、前山两个自然村。[1][2]

原为村庄，2006年改制为社区；2022年4月划入新设的美林街道。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

据传，吕姓先祖在五代时由河南迁居泉州，南宋光宗元年分居金门，明洪武年间迁入同安，其中一支居于此地。因四间祖厝门前都有水圳流过，此地便以“四口圳”为名。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

清代，本地归从顺里四、五都管辖，划在肖前保之下。民国时期它成为塘柑乡后宅保的一部分。[2]

新中国成立后，1950年划入第七区的后宅乡；1956年并入策槽区的新民乡。1959年，它是策槽公社新辉大队的组成部分，1961年的记载则为策槽区新民公社。[2]

1984年，这里成为祥桥乡下的四口圳村委会，乡在1991年改镇，1992年又更名为新民镇。2006年，村委会转为社区。[2]
