土楼村是福建省厦门市同安区新美街道下辖的行政村。[1]

村名来自当地的土楼建筑：此地在明末清初已有夯土结构的楼房，清代称泥楼，1949年曾写为涂楼，现称土楼。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清代此地归从顺里管辖，地处四、五都的坑前保。1943年属塘村乡的康美南林保；1950年隶禾山乡，1952年转入凤南乡。[1]

1960年划为策槽公社凤南大队的一部分，1961年另设土楼大队，改属凤南农场。1984年建村委会。[1]
