黄地村位于后溪镇北部，下辖4个村民小组。博雅地名网称该村为全区最偏远的山区，距镇政府约25公里。[1]
地名由来[edit]
村址在坂头水库内的高山上，四周群山环绕，山林间奇石怪岩隐在林木之中，村名由此而来。[1][3]
历史沿革[edit]
民国时这里属石兜保，1955年10月改属石兜乡。1958年10月，黄地成为郊区后溪公社的黄地大队。[2]
1959年，此地设坂头林业垦殖场，并由其辖管。1980年7月15日起归国营厦门坂头防护林场。1984年改设黄地村委会，1987年划入集美区，2005年10月从坂头林场划归后溪镇。[2]
经济[edit]
村内以果树种植为主，脐橙和蜜柚是主要果品。2023年5月，黄地村被认定为2023年厦门市「一村一品」专业村（黄地脐橙）；2024年11月，被认定为2024年度福建省「一村一品」专业村（黄地脐橙）。[1]
文化[edit]
2024年1月，黄地村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]
