杏北社区隶属福建省厦门市集美区杏林街道，位于杏林北部的杏北工业区，故名杏北。社区于2007年12月由宁宝、内林两个社区的部分片区组合而成。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

此地原为内林村的土地。1958年7月建成杏林糖厂，1979年3月成立杏糖居民委员会。2003年8月划归集美区时，杏糖居委会并入宁宝社区。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年2月，社区列入福建省2018至2020年度省级文明村镇社区名单。2022年12月，社区获得「2022年福建省卫生社区」称号，由福建省爱国卫生运动委员会授予。[1]
