侨英街道是福建省厦门市集美区下辖的街道办事处，位于集美区北部，东与同安区后田村接壤，西抵杏林湾海田一带，北连大帽山脊，南与集美街道相邻。[1][2]截至2023年，街道下辖13个社区。[1][6]辖区内有省天马种猪场，集美北部工业区也设在此处。[3][5]

历史沿革[edit]

民国之前，今辖区的村落散布于板桥、东莲、岑头、洪林尾等保之中，民国时统归集美乡。[5]1955年10月，集美乡分出一块设为侨英乡，乡名寓意华侨中的精英，也与二战期间南侨机工回国抗日有关。[3]其后几经并入与分出：1961年9月设侨英公社，1964年5月复归后溪公社，1984年改为后溪乡的一部分。[5]

1992年，辖区开始辟建集美北部工业区。[5]2001年5月16日，侨英街道办事处挂牌成立，由后溪镇划出的四个居委会和两个村委会组成。[1][4]此后各居委会与村委会陆续改制为社区：东安2006年改称，乐海2007年12月组建，滨水2010年获批，海凤2015年获批，信毅2020年由区政府新增。[5]

2021年2月，侨英街道入选「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单。[3]

名胜古迹[edit]

兑山革命烈士陵园在兑山社区西北侧的山冈上，占地650平方米，陵园为县级烈士纪念设施，并被列为市级文物保护单位和县级爱国主义教育基地。[7]
