浔江社区是福建省厦门市集美区集美街道下辖的社区，位于街道东南部，濒临浔江。[1]
地名由来[edit]
社区位于集美街道东南，濒临浔江，故以江名为社区名。[1]
人口民族[edit]
截至2013年，社区内登记的户数为2099户，人口为4989人。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
清末，此地属浔尾保；民国年间先后隶属集美乡的浔尾保和集美保。[2]
1953年11月，此地划属郊区集美镇的第二、第三大队，1959年分别改设蔬菜农场和水产养殖场，1970年恢复为大队。1976年，大队与居委会并存，1984年10月大队并入居委会。1987年，此地改属集美区。[2]
1991年5月，原第二、第三居委会各自改设为新的居委会，本社区是其中之一的延续。2001年3月，集美镇改制为集美街道，此地随之归属该街道。2003年，本居委会与另一居委会合并，并换届选举产生新一届居委会。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
博雅地名网称，辖区内有鳌园、陈嘉庚先生故居、陈嘉庚纪念馆和嘉庚建筑群等景点，并称此地是陈嘉庚的出生地。[1]
文化[edit]
辖区内有集美中学、集美小学、集美图书馆和集美区青少年宫等驻地单位，教育资源较为集中。[1]
