金安社区是福建省厦门市湖里区金山街道下辖的社区，地处厦门岛东部，东临环岛路，北靠翔安隧道，是一个以保障性住房为主的社区。[1]

社区2009年5月设立，主要安置中低收入人群，占地31.08万平方米。现有5612套房源，包括租赁房、经济适用房和人才房，入住约1.5万人。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，金安社区是全国首个保障住房安居样板工程，也是厦门最大的纯社会保障性住房社区。[1]

2010年9月6日，习近平视察金安社区，要求把创先争优同基层党建创新、服务群众、改善民生结合起来，务求实效。社区据此打造以「五心级」为目标的幸福社区。[1]
