吕岭社区是福建省厦门市湖里区江头街道下辖的纯居民社区，范围在仙岳路与吕岭路之间，东侧挨着金尚路，西侧靠近成功大道。[1]
地名由来[edit]
辖内的吕岭路由吕厝、岭兜两地各取一字得名，居委会名称由此路派生。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
这一带早年多为后埔村的土地，一部分属江头村，经逐步开垦，由荒地变为水田与旱地。1991年，首个住宅小区在此开建，即吕岭花园。[1]
吕岭居委会于1998年5月从后埔村分出设立。金西居委会1999年从后埔村分出，2003年6月并入吕岭社区。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2007年11月，社区被评为「全国和谐邻里示范社区」。[2]
2021年2月，社区上榜「福建省2018-2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单。2024年1月，社区被命名为「2023年福建省卫生社区」。2025年5月，社区入选「2025—2026年全国示范性老年友好型社区创建名单」。[1]
