地名由来[edit]
社区名因辖内的怡景花园小区派生而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
此地原是寨上与后浦两个生产队的荒地。1987年，该地「三通一平」工程由厦门经济特区工程建设公司承担。[2]
1989年，天安地产投资有限公司购得两万三千平方米土地，于此建成天安工业村，此后香港、台湾、法国、德国等地的客商也前来投资办厂。[2]
1998年4月30日，怡景居委会从中分出。[2]
