贞庵村是海沧区嵩屿街道下辖的行政村，位于九龙江北岸、海沧东南部，与鼓浪屿隔海相望。村东边靠嵩屿客运码头，西边为海沧保税港区，南面接海沧港区，北面与未来海岸社区毗连。[1][2]

村辖面积约3平方千米，由7个自然社组成。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

此地原属海澄县三都，清代属集兴下半保。1940年为第四区金钟乡，1946年属金霞乡，1958年8月划归厦门市，设贞庵大队。1961年曾析设锦里公社，1964年复入海沧公社。1978年改称前卫大队，1980年恢复贞庵大队名，1984年又改设贞庵村委会。2003年10月置海沧区，2006年1月改属海沧街道。[3]

地名的来历，据当地老人的传说，原名「争庵」，村中一座庵为姓杨或姓江的人争来，「争」字音近而改为「贞」。[4]

村民小组与人口[edit]

村下辖嵩屿社、京口社、寨前社、岭上社、澳头新村、贞庵新村和贞庵社7个自然社，分为12个村民小组，全村共926户。常住人口3166人，此外有外来流动人口2986人。[2]

经济[edit]

村民以前靠种地为生，港区建设与北面居住区的开发之后，就业逐渐多元化。村民从事沙船、油船的运输，约55艘（其中沙船20艘，油船35艘），陆上集装箱车、煤灰车共214辆，从业人员420人。2003年，900多名村民入股自筹资金，在岭上社建起岭上商业街，据村概况称，这是厦门首条由农民自主规划、建设和运营的商业街。[2]

嵩屿码头位于贞庵村境内，临近鼓浪屿一带的民宿业发展迅速。[6]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月3日，贞庵村被列为福建省乡村振兴试点村；2020年6月，入选福建省乡村治理示范村。[5]
