海盛社区位于海沧湾区域，北以海虹路为界，南抵沧虹路，东侧为海沧大道，西侧为滨湖路，辖区面积约1.2平方千米。社区于2018年7月5日正式挂牌，名称取繁荣昌盛之意。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

2018年初，街道动议把海虹社区一分为三：海虹、海盛、海景。同年7月，海盛社区正式挂牌。[1][3]

人口与居住[edit]

社区总户数10445户，已入住4001户；人口总数10124人，其中常住人口4414人（1476户），流动人口5710人（2525户）。辖内7个小区包括维多利亚、东方高尔夫系列楼盘和融信海上城等，入住人口仍在增加。[1]

组织与设施[edit]

社区办公面积约1430平方米。设有党群服务中心和社区服务工作站；另有青少年活动室与图书阅览室，以及健身场所和便民服务点，并设立书院。全社区工作人员50人，两委9人，网格员27人。[1][2]
