海虹社区位于海沧区嵩屿街道东部，紧邻海沧大桥，地处海沧隧道旁，于2008年11月成立。社区名称由海虹路派生而来。[1][2]

辖区内有21个中高档住宅小区，社区面积约2平方千米。[1]

社区地处海沧隧道旁，现代化地铁穿过社区，居民两分钟可至厦成高速，约两分钟可达嵩屿码头。社区拥有2000多米海岸线，海沧湾公园、紧邻的儿童公园和一家五星级酒店为社区聚集了人流。[1]

设施与商业[edit]

社区内有天虹商场、海沧地税、钟山派出所和嵩屿边防所，有6家银行、3所中小学和一个卫生服务中心。社区注册商家2000多家，辖区有泰地海西、融信海上城等写字楼，并设有台湾风情街。[1]
