历史沿革[edit]
社区的前身是创办于1957年11月的「国营厦门市第一农场」。2018年5月，新阳街道向区政府提出，在第一农场范围内设立社区居民委员会，以适应东孚、新阳两地工业区开发后的管理需要。同年7月17日，社区挂牌成立，采取“一套人马、两块牌子”的管理方式。[1][2]
2021年4月，马銮湾新城建设需要之下，原社区一分为二，形成一农与孚中央两个社区。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2020年12月，社区入选「2020年福建省森林村庄」名单。[2]
2021年11月，社区被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生社区」。[2]
