囷瑶村在海沧街道的西南方，北邻古楼农场与海沧农场，东邻温厝社区，南接锦里村与海沧社区，西与青礁村相连。村名合取辖内两个村落石囷与磁窑之名，磁窑一名今已废止。辖区面积5.4平方千米，常住人口五千余人。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

建国初，此地编入海澄县第四区的囷瑶乡，1952年囷瑶与青礁合为一乡。1958年8月，村子并入厦门，归集美郊区的海沧公社管辖，那时设有囷瑶大队。[3][2]

1961年囷瑶与青礁又分开，各设大队。1984年改设海沧乡囷瑶村，1995年随海沧、东孚两镇划入杏林区，2003年划归海沧区。2005年海沧镇撤销，此地改属海沧街道。[2][3]

姓氏与宗教[edit]

村内主要姓氏有林、陈、何、雍、王、周、李等二十三个。玉真法院供奉飞天大圣与保生大帝，每年庙会期间，与台湾台中市佛会互有文化往来。[2]

革命与民俗[edit]

毛穴广社为革命老区的基点村，解放前即设有地下党支部。据博雅地名网所载，该社据称是陈三五娘的故乡。[2]

经济与教育[edit]

村里以大棚种植反季节蔬菜为主，村民自筹资金兴办了囷翔蔬菜批发市场。因政府征地拆迁，剩余劳动力多转入工厂就业。[2]

村内设有华中师大附属中学、华中师大附属小学和幼儿园各一所。[2]
