一里社区位于福建省厦门市思明区筼筜街道，名称来自湖滨南路派生的湖滨一里。这一带原为筼筜海湾，1970年造堤填海后出现大片新地，2001年一里与二里居委会整合为现在的社区。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

社区名来自辖内湖滨南路派生的湖滨一里[2]。

历史沿革[edit]

此处原为筼筜海湾。1970年造堤填海，湾内冒出大片土地，城市建设用地由此扩大。1982年11月划归筼筜街道办事处。1983年，湖滨新村分设二里居委会；1986年又增设一里居委会。1998年二里并为一个居委会，2000年一里分南、北两部分合为一里居委会，2001年8月一里与二里整合为社区[1]。
