湖滨社区是福建省厦门市思明区开元街道下辖的社区，位于城区，因辖内湖滨中路、湖滨南路而得名。该地旧称后江埭，原为筼筜港南岸的海滨。[1][2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时期此地属二十三都豪社乡、吴豪保。1945年10月隶属厦西区将江保与禾山区文双保；此后数年间，它又经历了禾祥街公所、梧村乡文灶社等归属的变化。[3]

1958年前后，这里隶属溪岸公社及郊区前线公社梧村大队文灶生产队；1960年又转归公园公社后江分社。1966年，公园街道改为红星公社，后江居委会改称跃进居委会，开元农场则更名东风农场。[3]

1979年，跃进居委会分为后江、湖滨两处，湖滨于1981年又分出文滨居委会。1990年，一处原属梧村文灶生产队的宿舍划入湖滨，2003年文滨并回湖滨社区，此后归开元街道管辖。[3]

文化[edit]

2025年12月，社区上榜「2025年福建省儿童友好社区」名单；2021年11月，社区被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生社区」。[2]
