历史沿革[edit]
七十年代，此地的跃进居委会改名后江居委会。2001年，后江与白鹭两居委会并为一处，保留的是白鹭之名，后江的名号暂时搁置；2003年又与繁荣居委会合并，后江社区的名称方才恢复。[2]
文化[edit]
2021年11月，社区被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生社区」。[2]
