溪岸社区是福建省厦门市思明区开元街道下辖的社区，位于城区。清代此处设溪岸保，社区因此得名。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

清末此地属怀德社溪岸保。1945年10月划归厦西区，1950年4月设街公所，其后又改为街政委员会。清末民初，这里是厦门城北墙外的城乡结合部，因沿溪一带旧称溪岸。[2][3]

1954年禾泰归入溪岸街政，1956年禾祥也并入溪岸街道。1959年初，溪岸并入了公园公社。[3]

1966年8月本地划入红星公社，各居委会以红卫之名相称；1979年8月，它重新恢复为溪岸居委会。2001年，斗西、禾太与二市三地统一并入此居委会，2003年5月又有华新并入。[3]

文化[edit]

2024年1月，社区被命名为「2023年全国示范性老年友好型社区」。[2]
