江镜华侨是福建省福州市福清市的一处华侨农场，位于福清市东南部，设在江镜镇境内，前身为1956年创办的国营江镜机耕农场。1999年起增挂华侨经济开发区牌子，属福州市侨办主管的副县级区。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

「江镜华侨」之名取自所在的江镜镇，并寓有推进华侨农场改革与发展之意。[1]

1956年1月，福建省农垦厅创办国营江镜机耕农场，建场初期招收职工122人，编为5个生产队。1957年，农场在外围修筑海堤，堤长10.35公里，围成滩地25665亩。[1][3]

1958年，农场下属的盐场建成投产。1962年起兴修水利，至1965年2月完成引渠、灌溉渠道和排水沟等工程，并建成东华地面水库，库容33万立方米。[1]

1978年，省侨办接管农场，改名「国营福建省福清江镜华侨农场」。同年至1984年7月，农场安置越南难侨2451人。[1][3]

1982年，在联合国世界粮食计划署的援助下，农场在原垦区外围新围滩地7220亩，堤长6700米，工程于1984年10月竣工。新围滩地此后逐步发展为鱼、虾、蛏、蛎等水产养殖基地。[1][2]

1983年，农场推行生产责任制后首次扭亏为盈，结束了办场二十多年来连年亏损的局面。[1][3]

1984至1985年间，农场由行政实体改为经济实体，分别办起建筑、贸易、工交三家公司，另设水产养殖场一处。[1]

1997年，农场划归福州市管理。1999年，农场增挂华侨经济开发区牌子，同年12月挂牌成立，依「闽政办〔1997〕135号」批准设立，享有省级开发区的优惠待遇，隶属福州市侨办，行政级别为副县级。[1][3]

2012年，农场土地上设立了闽台（福州）蓝色经济产业园。[3]

地理环境[edit]

农场位于福清市东南部，场部距县城26公里。博雅地名网所记面积约28.15平方公里，土地计32781亩；百度百科所记土地面积为22.2平方公里，两处数字不一致，此处并列，未作取舍。[1][3]

人口与民族[edit]

1985年，农场职工2138人，人口5146人，住户1049户；1988年，职工2161人，人口4866人，住户1202户。[1]

农场人口中六成以上为归侨侨眷。[3]

经济[edit]

农场以农业和水产养殖为主，形成了杂优稻、龟鳖苗等特色农业产业，并建成贯通22公里的水泥路、改造了农电网。[3]

教育[edit]

1988年，农场已形成由幼儿园、小学和初级中学组成的初等教育体系，全场有幼儿园13个，在校学生1500人。[1]
