下施村位于福建省福州市福清市镜洋镇中部偏西。福厦路从村子东侧穿过，西边环山，南与玉埔村相接，北与镜洋村相邻。[1]
自然村与道路[edit]
村中分布有八个自然村，其中包括安边、甘厝、可溪墘等。三条东西走向的水泥主干路把它们连通起来，并与福厦路相接。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
宋代属长东乡，明代归南下隅，清末改隶东张镇。1943年时编入方永乡，属齐云保和金井保；1950年设下施乡，归第六区；1956年归东张区的下施乡。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2021年12月，村庄被命名为「2021年度福建省森林村庄」。[1]
