镜洋镇位于福建省福州市福清市西北部，是福清市下辖的一个镇，辖17个行政村。[1][7][8]

镇名取自当地的地形：四面环山，中间地势平坦，远望如同镜面。镇内的仙井岩、大化山风景区以及一批与革命历史相关的旧址，是较为人知的景物。[1][4][5][6]

历史沿革[edit]

唐代福清县设八乡，镜洋一带属永福乡永寿里；宋、元沿用唐代的建置。清宣统二年（1910年）改属东张镇。[1]

1961年5月，镜洋自东张公社划出，另设镜洋人民公社。1984年公社改称乡，1993年10月乡制撤销，改设为镇。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

镇域地形略呈向南开口的马蹄形盆地，东、北、西三面为丘陵和低山，中部为平原。镇内有洋尾溪和十八重溪两条河流。[2]

气候类型为亚热带海洋性季风气候。博雅地名网记载，当地年平均气温约19.7℃，全年无霜日有325天，每年降水平均约1300毫米。[2]

据百度百科，2017年镇域常住人口为27113人，镇行政区域面积为8345公顷。博雅地名网给出的镇域面积为约88.6平方公里，两处数字不一致，本条目两者并存。[1][4]

名胜古迹[edit]

仙井岩位于镇东侧的磨石村东山上，山上原有明代建造的文昌祠和大帝堂。险峻的笏石上刻有一幅明代林汝翥的行书题刻，高约2.2米。[5]

大化山风景区在镇域之内，与闽侯县接壤。其所在山地是戴云山脉延伸出的一段，规划面积约22.8平方公里，山中保留有红豆杉、银杏等树种。[6]

1933年底，中共福清县委书记何文成到福清西区，在上店、樟溪、波兰等村开展工作。1934年，许春来介绍姑父蔡三俤入党，蔡三俤在长征村樟溪自然村的住宅成为党的秘密联络站。1935年1月，中共福清中心县委在此召开扩大会议。该处住宅即中共闽中特委樟溪村驻地旧址，也称蔡三俤故居。[3]

荣誉[edit]

1999年，镜洋镇被授予「省级园林式镇」称号。2014年6月，环境保护部授予镇「2012—2013年度国家级生态乡镇」称号。[2][1]
