金芝村为福清市东张镇西南部山区的行政村，是福清市的革命老区村。全村下辖13个自然村、9个村民小组。[1]
地名由来[edit]
村名取自下溪底境内的金芝境。[1]
革命旧址[edit]
中共天章区委金芝村驻地旧址设在王氏祠堂内。该村一度曾是闽中地委机关驻地，也是天章区委的驻地。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
宋代归万安乡苏田里；明代划入西隅苏田里，属图一。1910年（清宣统二年）改属渔溪镇。1943年归风金乡的双金保，按王、林、宫、张四姓分甲；1950年归第五区双金乡，1952年改属第六区。[1]
1958年改隶东张公社双溪大队，1959年另设金芝大队，1984年大队改设村委会，隶属东张镇。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2022年12月，福建省绿化委员会将金芝村命名为「2022年福建省森林村庄」。[1]
