道桥村为福清市东张镇西部的行政村，在东张水库龙江上游一侧，距东张镇政府约7公里，174县道穿村而过。[1]

全村面积1.5平方公里，下辖4个自然村、13个村民小组，据博雅地名网，共580户、2250人，未注明年份。村也是东张水库的移民点，移民79户205人。[1]

地名由来[edit]

古时瑞峰寺与尼姑庵隔溪相对，村民以枫树架桥相通，桥名枫桥。后桥被洪水冲垮，改称倒桥，再谐音雅化为今名“道桥”。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明代归南上隅新宁里（图一），1910年（清宣统二年）改属东张镇。1943年归里坪乡，作道桥保驻地，设8甲；1950年改设道桥乡，1958年组建道桥大队，1984年大队改村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

道桥村列入第二批「国家森林乡村」名单，该名单于2019年12月由国家林业和草原局公布。[1]

2021年1月，道桥村被评定为「福州市乡村振兴中高级版试点村」。[1]

2021年11月，道桥村获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]

2021年12月，道桥村被确定为「2021年度福建省“一村一品”示范村」，主导产业为蜜柚。[1]

2025年11月，道桥村被认定为「福建省第二批省级乡村振兴示范村」。[1]
