先进村为福清市东张镇的行政村，位于镇的东部，人称镇的东大门。村域面积3000亩，设14个村民小组，据博雅地名网，常住人口3012人。[1]

村名起于1958年成立高级社时，含有村民进取向上的寓意。村中有倪朝龙烈士纪念园，倪朝龙出生于今属本村的炭牙底。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村域旧有大文山、安由两境。宋代归长东乡清源里与永福乡永寿里管辖，元代沿用，明代分属北二隅清源里和南上隅永寿里。[1]

清宣统二年（1910年）起隶属东张镇。[1]

著名人物[edit]

倪朝龙（1906—1931）别号啸云，1906年12月生于炭牙底。据百度百科，他1930年12月被特务逮捕，1931年8月病逝于南京的狱中。[2]
