凤迹村处在福清市的最南端，地势为丘陵山地，与莆田市涵江区江口镇相接。全村下辖9个自然村。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

旧名黄谢。唐代大中年间，黄姓人家自福州来此立村，谢姓也自莆田迁入，两姓各取一字成名。后因传说有凤凰鸟落在村前树上，改称凤迹。[1]

地理与产业[edit]

村域多山林，农业是村里的根基，并向农产品加工与休闲旅游延伸。村内有建新水库和东方红水库。[3]

经济[edit]

2013年，村民人均收入为9700元。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

灵溪宫位于本村，为清代建筑，1981年公布为县级文物保护单位。[4][5]
