可门村位于东瀚镇东南端，是四面环海的一个小岛，与邻近村落之间隔着一条水道。[1]
地名由来[edit]
村子四面环海，与邻村之间的水道形如水门，故名可门。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
宋代村地属崇德乡平南里六十都，并有洘门境；明代属南上隅平南里六十都，1910年后归高山镇。民国时期先属六十乡大坵保，再属东瀚乡大坵保。[1]
新中国成立后，村地先归第四区大坵乡，1958年为高山公社大坵大队，1961年归东瀚公社。1970年另立可门大队，1985年改为村委，隶属东瀚乡，1992年撤乡建镇。[1]
荣誉[edit]
可门村于2021年11月由福建省爱卫办评为2021年福建省卫生村。[1]
2022年10月，可门村获福建省农业农村厅认定，列入「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]
2022年12月，可门村入选2022年度福州市中级版「绿盈乡村」。[1]
