海亮村是东瀚镇下辖的行政村，村子临海，相传因临海的山上设有航海标志而得名。[1]

地名由来[edit]

相传村子靠近海边，临海的山上立有航海标志，因而取名海亮。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

宋代村地属崇德乡平南里六十都，元代沿袭；明代属南上隅平南里六十都，1910年后属高山镇。1943年设万安保，隶属高山镇六十乡。[1]

1950年村地归大坵乡，1958年成为大坵大队的一部分，1959年独立出来成立海亮大队，1961年归东瀚公社。1984年改设村委会，隶属东瀚乡；1992年乡改镇。[1]
