佳乐村是东瀚镇下辖的行政村。村名最早与凤凰山南麓的古墓和石塔有关，后取「安乐」之意定为今名。[1]

地名由来[edit]

凤凰山南麓原有一片规模不小的古墓，墓旁立着一座实心石塔，石塔后来倒塌，当地便称此地为「佳塔」。后取「安乐」之意，改定今名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1962年9月成立佳乐村委会，由11个村民小组组成，1979年9月分为16个村民小组。1984年，大队更名为村委会，隶属东瀚乡；1992年撤乡建镇。[1]
