文关村是东瀚镇下辖的行政村，以海带为主导产业。2020年2月，村子被列入第三批省级传统村落。[1]

地名由来[edit]

相传古时此地出过很多文官，村名由此而来，后改取今字「文关」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

宋代村地属崇德乡平南里六十都，明代属南上隅平南里六十都，1910年后隶属高山镇。民国时期村地归高山镇六十乡西安保，1945年转入东瀚乡。[1]

新中国成立初，村地先隶属第四区陈庄乡，后隶属第十四区西安乡；1952年10月回到陈庄乡，1955年又改属西安乡。1958年划归高山公社陈庄大队，1961年另设文关大队并归东瀚公社。1984年大队变为村委会，1992年撤乡建镇。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2020年2月，文关村列入第三批省级传统村落之中。[1]

2021年11月，文关村由福建省爱卫办评为2021年福建省卫生村。[1]

2022年10月，文关村获福建省农业农村厅认定，列入「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]

2022年12月，文关村入选2022年度福州市中级版「绿盈乡村」。[1]

2023年12月，文关村获评福州市2023年市级「一村一品」专业村，主导产业为海带。[1]

2024年2月，文关村进入第二批福建省乡村振兴示范村镇的创建名单。[1]
