南浔村是东瀚镇下辖的行政村，位于高山港东侧，与高山镇毗邻。[1]

地名由来[edit]

村子原名流沙港，按方位分作东村（今东庄）、南盛、北盛和西港（今西江）四个村庄。其中南盛一名因谐音改作南浔。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

宋代属崇德乡平南里六十都，明代属南上隅，1910年后归高山镇。1943年设六十乡，村地隶属东瀚西保，1945年划归东瀚乡。[1]

1950年改属第四区东瀚乡，1952年归第十四区北盛乡，1958年并入高山公社北盛大队，1959年另立南盛大队。1961年隶属东瀚公社，1984年改大队为村委会，1992年10月改为东瀚镇南浔村委会。[1]
