厝场村位于龙田镇东侧，处在东壁岛南端，四面环海。[1]

村名来历：此处原为大荒地，附近建房的人常把建材堆在这里，后来逐渐在此建屋，故称厝场。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

此地旧属崇德乡时和里，境名厝场，元代沿用。1943年属东壁保，分为6甲，直属龙田镇；1950年属第三区东壁乡；1958年隶龙田公社东壁大队；1984年设厝场村委会，属龙田镇。[1]

人口[edit]

党员38人（其中女性6人），8个村民小组，总户数658户。耕地740亩，人均耕地不足0.4亩。[1]

经济[edit]

村民主要靠海运、经商和讨小海维持生计。[1]
