历史沿革[edit]
此地旧属崇德乡时和里，境名兴福、永江，元代沿用；明代归南上隅时和里6图，1910年划入龙田镇。[1]
1943年编成3甲，属东施保；1950年隶第三区，置东施乡；1958年成为龙田镇所辖东施大队；1984年改称东施村委会。[1]

353户，总人口1366人，党员38人，村两委5名。[1]

村子于2021年11月由福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
