历史沿革[edit]
此地先前隶属孝义乡隆仁里，境名上苍，元代照旧。明代归北一隅隆仁里2图，1910年划入龙田镇。[1]
1943年改编为甲，设上苍保，隶海口镇杞店乡；1950年归第三区上苍乡；1958年列入龙田镇的大队；1984年改设村委会。[1]
人口[edit]
村中545户，总人口1917人，有12个村民小组，党员61名，村民多外出务工。[1]
文化[edit]
2022年12月，村子被确定为「2022年度福州市中级版绿盈乡村」。[1]
