历史沿革[edit]
此地先前隶属崇德乡福唐里，境名洞府，元代照旧。明代归北一隅3图，1910年划入龙田镇；1943年编为36甲，隶龙田镇福唐乡。[1]
1950年归第三区上薛乡，1958年设上薛大队，1984年改为上薛村委会。[1]
人口[edit]
全村耕地约2390亩，林地约1200亩，海滩约3053亩。共63个村民小组，2788户，11348人，设4个党支部，党员212名。[1]
文化[edit]
2021年10月，村子列入由南京大学空间规划研究中心与阿里研究院联合发布的2021年淘宝村名单；2022年10月又列入2022年淘宝村名单。[1]
2022年12月，村子被确定为「2022年度福州市中级版绿盈乡村」。[1]
