历史沿革[edit]
宋代此地属崇德乡时和里，名为兴福境，元代照旧。明代归南上隅时和里，1910年划为龙田境的一部分。1943年编为7甲，隶龙下保；1950年归第三区龙田镇。[1]
1959年改称光荣大队，1984年改设下一村村委会。[1]
人口[edit]
全村共17个村民小组，村党支部有党员65人，其中女党员8人。[1]
文化[edit]
下一村于2024年1月被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]
