上一村位于龙田镇镇区，属镇乡结合区，村民收入主要来自二三产业，以商贸为主。[1]

村名因地处龙田车站前而定。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

此地先前隶属崇德乡时和里，境名幸福，元代照旧。明代归南上隅时和里，1910年划入龙田镇。1943年编为15甲，设龙上保并驻在本村。[1]

1950年归第三区龙田镇，1958年属龙田大队。1959年另立龙峰大队，即本村；1984年改设上一村村委会；1990年改称龙田镇上一村村民委员会，下辖26个村民小组。[1]

人口[edit]

村中现有人口3921人，党员54名；村两委共8人，支委占5人。[1]

文化[edit]

上一村于2024年1月被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。2022年12月，村被确定为「2022年度福州市中级版绿盈乡村」。[1]
