历史沿革[edit]
此地隶感德乡永宾里，有西松境之称；元代沿之，明代属南上隅永宾里，1910年归海口镇。1943年分为八甲，设梁厝保作为保驻地；1950年成为梁厝乡驻地，隶第二区，1955年属城头区。1958年设梁厝大队驻地并归海口公社，1961年转属城头公社；1978年自此析出港前大队；1984年设村委会，1990年随乡改镇。[1][3]
