黄墩村是城头镇下辖的行政村，四周为一片田园，村庄位于园中一处土墩上，因此得名。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

宋代属感德乡新安里，明代属西隅新安里，1910年归海口镇。1943年分出十甲，隶属海口镇元龙乡；1950年并入第二区首溪乡，1952年改属第十一区。1958年成立黄墩大队，划归海口公社；1961年转属城头公社，1984年设村委会，1990年并入城头镇。[1][3]
