善友村是城头镇下辖的行政村，村名取自古时村人和睦相处、待人和善的意思。[1][2]

村靠海边，以海蛎为主要出产。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

宋代属感德乡永宾里，旧有善友境之称；明代并入南上隅永宾里，1910年归海口镇。1943年隶属永宾乡大厝保，1950年改属城头乡；1958年纳入海口公社城头大队，1961年另立善友大队。1984年设村委会，1990年城头改为镇，村随之变更。[1][3]
