上街村位于阳下街道东部，村尽头是连绵的大牛山脉，与长乐交界。村子又称玉街，村中以林氏为主。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

宋代属永福乡遵义里，明代分属北二隅遵义里，清末归遵义乡。民国时在融城镇北亭乡下辖上街保；1950年隶第1区西亭乡；1961年设上街大队，属阳下公社；1984年改为村委会；2005年阳下镇改街道，村随之。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

明永乐六年（1408年）建的林氏宗祠位于村中心，朝向西方，前落设戏台。1979年宗祠改作礼堂，但大门上留有「林氏宗祠」石匾。[2]
