阳下街道是福建省福州市福清市下辖的一个街道，位于福清城区北部。东邻南岭镇，南接玉屏、龙山等街道，西隔可洛溪与音西街道相望，北与闽侯、长乐两县（市）为界，辖区面积约69平方千米。2005年12月，原阳下镇撤镇改设为街道，街道办事处驻大北溪畔的油楼村。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

地名原作「洋下」，因村落处在玉屏山西侧山麓的田洋之中。民国初年乡人改称「阳霞」，寓意阳光普照、彩霞满天；新中国成立后定为今名。[2][4]

历史沿革[edit]

唐圣历二年（699年）此地属福清县。1961年7月，阳下公社自城关公社中分出，下辖24个村。1984年9月改为阳下乡，1992年乡改为镇。2005年12月撤镇设立街道，同时把埔尾、芦院两个行政村划归音西街道。[4][5]

地理环境[edit]

街道境内三面多山：北面有青炎山脉，西面为虎尾山脉，东部是十排山脉。地势北高南低，大北溪与虎溪两条溪流自北向南穿越全境，在城区汇入龙江。[3]

荣誉[edit]

阳下街道于2011年4月获「2011年度国家级生态乡镇」称号，授予方为环境保护部。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

漈头村是中共福清县委的诞生地，村内有福清市漈头革命历史纪念馆、中共福清县委机关漈头村驻地旧址、陈炳奎烈士陵园和福平沿海抗日游击队第8中队驻地旧址。[6]

统子坪山西北坡上有余长钺烈士陵园，陵园所在的阳下村是余长钺的出生地。余长钺是「闽中五烈士」之一，村中的「余长钺烈士纪念碑」被列为县级文物保护单位。[7][8]

新局村的新局村地下交通站纪念亭，纪念郑笑妹夫妇等革命先辈，他们在1934年至1949年间于福清北区新人店建立秘密交通站。[9]

作坊山歼敌战遗址位于作坊村，纪念1949年8月17日福州敌军大部被歼的战事，参战部队属人民解放军第三野战军第10兵团。[10]
